In Search of Negative Feedback (The RETSO Prezi)

If you were in Atlanta last week, you may have been able to catch our presentation "In Search of Negative Feedback." If not, you are in luck, the presentation is below.

RealSatisfied is not for everyone – only those brokers, brands and agents that want to grow and improve consumer experiences.

We had a great group of people that had experienced bad customer care personally and had screwed up a time or two in RealEstate. The audience knew customer care was important but didn't realize the true implications. The prezi helped illustrate the separation and relationship between good and bad companies, angry and happy consumers.

Most agents in the room wanted to learn from their customers what the real problems were so they could grow.

Thanks again to the RETSO team for making our first trip to Atlanta a resounding success.
