Mail2Cloud Chrome: 5 Ways to Leverage this Gmail Extension

November 15 2016

tsa ExtensionMail2Cloud for Chrome

Much like Boomerang, the Mail2Cloud Chrome Extension (previously called myHero Toolbox) can help real estate professionals stay organized (and hyper vigilant) about their inbox, and who is viewing or responding to their emails. Below are five quick hacks that will allow you to use this extension to better manage your emails.

1. Track opens and clicks

Whether you're sending a time-sensitive attachment or an email checking in on a hot lead, it can be stressful to wait on a response. Mail2Cloud tracks your opens and clicks, including if the recipient has opened an attachment, so you can either rest easy knowing they are reviewing it — or call at exactly the right time. You can also set up the extension to ping you back if you don't receive a timely response on an important email.

2. Send self-destructing emails

Need to send something important, but worried it could be forwarded to the wrong people? Mail2Cloud allows you to send "self-destructing emails" so you can pass on sensitive information without worrying about who will see it.

Note: We recommend you use this feature sparingly for professional communications.

3. Select private delivery for every recipient

Sending a bulk email, but want to make every person feel special? Mail2Cloud has a "private delivery" option that will make each message appear to be sent to only one cc'd contact. Use casual language so your contact thinks you're reaching out personally and you're more likely to get a response back.

4. Schedule emails

Forget about that pesky "drafts" folder. Now, you can set an exact time and date for your messsage to be delivered. Use this feature to send important emails first thing in the morning (when they're most likely to be read) or to schedule out drip communications in bulk at the beginning of each month.

5. Save and share emails

Gmail gives you the option to "star" or label important emails, but sometimes it helps to save down emails that you know you'll need to reference in the future. Mail2Cloud users can save emails as PDFs, and store them in custom folders in the cloud for easy access in the future.

Setting up Mail2Cloud

Pricing for the Mail2Cloud extension starts at $8/month for up to 5,000 processed emails. To get even more information on Mail2Cloud, check out their extension page in Chrome or read more on their website.
