Real estate marketing on social media can be great for your business if you have a good strategy. With the huge increase in social media usage over the past 5 years, it's in your best interest to do well on the popular media platforms.
Post at least once a week, stay engaged in conversations, and provide updated information.
Know your audience, do your research, and vary your posts – your posts should be a balance of fun, informative, and deep.
Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. are all different. Make sure you do your research on which posts perform better on each media platform. For example, people like fun/light pictures on Instagram, whereas on YouTube, you can post videos on any number of topics.
Getting post crazy doesn't get you more followers. Posting good, solid, and relevant posts that gives something to your audience does. Your presence on social media should widely be aimed at connecting with your followers.
Your page starts becoming white noise that people tune out when you constantly post about that listing, house, or thing you want people to buy. You want people to pay attention when you post – so post things they are interested in and sometimes post about your business.
